Intercessory Prayer Ministry
This is a ministry that brings to God, through our Lord Jesus Christ, the concerns of our congregation, our community, our city, and the world by the prayers of individuals committed to this ministry of love. For more information, click on the Prayer page above or contact the Intercessory Prayer Ministry team with an e-mail message.

Greeters
The first step in radical hospitality is welcoming members and guests to our services. Greeters are needed at the 8:45 and 11:00 a.m. services. If you are interested in becoming a part of this new and exciting program, please contact Laurie Hintz.

Seasonal Decoration Committee

To decorate the Sanctuary for Advent/Christmas and Lent/Easter. We need leadership to direct this effort as well as people to assist in the decoration process.

Worship and Altar Guild
This group works behind the scenes to prepare our Sanctuary for worship, prepare the sacraments for communion, and supervise altar and narthex flowers. Areas needing servants include:
Altar Flowers
Holy Communion
Flower Ministry
Paraments

Chancel Choir
Click on the Music and Arts page or contact John Hutchinson if you are interested. 770-887-2900.

Mission Committee

Higher Education/Campus Ministry

Prayer Shawl Ministry
Thursdays, 7 p.m. in the Bridal Room (under main Sanctuary)
Crochet, knit or knot prayer shawls to be distributed to those who need them. Join Jenny Bryant and Sally Garner in this wonderful ministry.
Don't knit? We also accept donations of yarn.

Food Pantry
There are a variety of areas to serve in the food pantry. If you are available on Tuesday nights at 6:30, we have opportunities for you to help us move bags to our Food Pantry reception area. This service is vital, as it allows us to show hospitality to those who need help.

Currently, we are forming sorting teams for our Food Pantry. If you would like to serve but have a hectic schedule, this might be the opportunity for you. We sort food after food drives, or whenever we may have a large amount of food come in unexpectedly.

Please see the Food Pantry page for more information. To serve in the Food Pantry, please contact Stacey Gravitt at 770-887-2900.

Please check back soon for more service opportunity listings
